Each box has written guidance for looking after yourself during the season. Items vary according to stock levels but can include some of the following (depending on the season):

• Essential oils
• Seasonal teas
• Candles for relaxation
• Bath soaps or Epsom salts
• Seeds for nutrition
• Seasonal natural wellbeing remedies
• and of course the odd treat!
